Graphic || Day 25 of Restyle 2014

I'm going to be perfectly honest and tell you that I had a completely different outfit planned for today.  Early on in Restyle, I found a bright printed summer dress from Portmans which seemed just perfect, but the fit just wasn't quite right.  I keep trying it on to try and make it work but I think it may be on it's way back to the Salvo.

This dress was found in the last couple of weeks.  I had finished shopping for Restyle, but I still go to my favourites Salvos on a regular basis because they always have the coolest stuff.  I'm guessing this dress is from the 1980's based on the label.  I love the draped neckline and the fact that the sleeves are just a bit too long.  You've seen the jacket before - I wore it on day 7 for Tailored and I've worn it a couple of times since then too, it always gets comments.

Mixing prints like I've done today doesn't have to be difficult.  I think the outfit works today because of the simplicity of the colour scheme, and the fact that both prints are quite graphic.  I'm a big fan of mixing prints, and I'm still learning new ways to make it look fresh.

Tailored Jacket, Savlo Greenwod $7.13 | Graphic Print Dress, Salvo Joondalup, $6.25 || Navy Patent Vintage Bag, Salvo Balcatta, $2.95 (I KNOW!!!)

These photos were taken on a trip to Whiteman Park.  We had such a great family day out and, as usual, there was lots of p!ss taking of me doing my "funny faces".  This last photo shows my wonderful family all striking their favourite blogger pose - cheeky bunch!
